Hi, I’m Russell Swanson and I started this website to offer a simple reference point for people who have everyday computer questions or problems. I’ve learned on my own over the last 10 years many of the challenges that come with using a computer and now want to assist others who are fresh on the road of discovery. When I’m not helping others in my spare time with their computers, I’m holding down a full time job in customer service with a large corporation in the Houston area.
